The Horse of The Year Show, sponsored by Equestrian Surfaces, is the climax of the National Show Jumping and Showing seasons. It is the 'Champion of Champions' show that generates 150.000 entries at equestrian shows all over the country a place to which all riders and owners aspire.

HOYS combines national and international Show Jumping, featuring some of the best show jumpers in the world, with Showing Championships, where the best of the best compete for the coveted titles such as Horse or Pony of the year in each breed or type.
Aside from the competition action HOYS features many other mounted equestrian activities including the thrilling Pony Club Mounted Games and a wide variety of displays from all over the world.
