Barfield Travel & Tours is a division of Agricultural Travel Bureau Ltd. Due to a high demand in special interest tours ATB started to organise garden tours and also embroidery and patchwork & quilting which also proved highly successful. Obviously running these type of tours under the name of Agricultural Travel Bureau Ltd could lead to some confusion (due to the lack of Agricultural content!) so we came up with the name Barfield Travel & Tours.

Gradually we have been expanding into various other special interests such as skiing, equestrian, painting, diving, climbing, bee keeping and many more. However with our knowledge and contacts it is possible for us to organise practically any type of tour for you.

Our tours, both in the UK and overseas, are lead by well known and knowledgeable guides, who have years of experience, making sure that you are well looked after and have the best tour possible. By limiting our groups to a small number, we ensure that you receive a personal, attentive service and gain the most from each visit. The hotels we use are chosen for their individual character, excellent service and often have wonderful gardens and lots to offer.
